Starters

Roasted Jerusalem artichoke with white truffle oil, poppy seed twist

Cured Denham Estate venison, with a red onion confit, accompanied with a farmhouse toast

Terrine of natural smoked haddock, presented with a fine herb salad

Somerset goats cheese and leek tartlet, wild roquette and
balsamic dressing

Main courses

Traditional Norfolk turkey with free range bacon rolls, chestnut stuffing and a fresh thyme jus

Slow cooked Barbary duck leg presented on caramelised red cabbage and served with red wine jus

Steamed cod loin on a spinach and ginger cake, accompanied by a roasted tomato sauce

Wild mushroom and Mozzarella torte with roquette pesto

All served with roasted Maris-Piper potatoes, Steamed new potatoes, honey glazed parsnips, Brussel sprouts and carrots in ginger butter

Desserts

Traditional Christmas pudding, served with Cognac sauce

Lemon meringue tart presented with red berry compote

Pistachio parfait with marinated cherries in Amaretto syrup
